Refunds, Returns, And Shipping Policy
Our refund policy is 30 Days, that is, we will refund your money in full up to 30 days provided that the product is unopened and unused, with the exception of our handmade necklaces or bangles in which case you have only 14 days. After this period and up to 60 days post purchase, we will gladly offer you store credit/exchange only, provided that the product is not opened or used, with exception of our original necklaces and bangles, where they are not eligible for exchange or refund after 14 days. To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, (whichever applies) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as our earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective, for hygienic reasons. We also do not accept returns on products that are bottled personal products such as shampoos, soaps or other bottled bath & body/personal products unless they are still sealed and unopened. For those without a seal, those bath & body products are not returnable.
To complete your return, please email us or call us and let us know the date of your purchase. so we may pull your purchase records. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as this site hosts many vendors. So please follow our directions below.
Refunds (if applicable)
Email us if you intend to return a product for a refund, so that we may determine that you are eligible. If so, we will send you an email with instructions for a return. (Rules Above Apply)
Once your return is received and inspected for verification, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We want you to be thoroughly happy with your purchase, so you may exchange your purchase with another so long as the product is unopened and in the same condition that you received it, and it is within the 60 days allowed for exchanges, with the exception of the original necklaces and bangles, in which you only have 14 days (see above). Please let us know if you are exchanging an equivalent item or if you wish you choose another item altogether. A store credit will be issued so that you may choose something else you like. If you are exchanging because of an issue on our end, such as a defective product or wrong product, then we will issue you credit to ship through USPS Priority. If you are returning or exchanging outside of these conditions, then you will be responsible for the shipping.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 155 9th Ave NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. If you have questions, please call 727-410-3572. If we are not available, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product if it is an exchange, unless it was due to an error or defectiveness on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so you may wish to use a shipping method that requires a signature for delivery verification.
