Refunds, Returns, And Shipping Policy

Returns

Our refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order on items ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN and within 30 days of receipt of the product.  The refund process can take 7-10 days upon package arrival to our return department.  Once processed, you will receive an email notification about your return.  Shipping and Handling fees are NOT returnable. 

The product must be unopened in original packaging, with the product tag attached (if applicable) and in resellable condition.  

The PRODUCTS LISTED BELOW, are consiered FINAL SALE, and will not be eligible for return/exchange.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

  • All Jewelry, including but not limited to Earrings, Necklaces, & Bangles
  • All Bath & Body Products
  • Original Artwork, including but not limited to Paintings, Watercolors, Monoprints, & Sculptures
  • All Specialty Gift Boxes, inlcuding but not limited to Bliss Boxes and others

To complete your return, please email us or call us and let us know the date of your purchase. so we may pull your purchase records.

Returning a Defective Item:  

We will gladly accept ANY defective item, please contact us immedately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund.  For original items, we will offer a credit.  We will credit your shipping as well provided that you save your shipping receipt.   

Refund (if applicable)

Email us if you intend to return a product for a refund, so that we may determine that you are eligible.  If so, we will send you an email with instructions for a return.  (Rules Above Apply)

Once your return is received and inspected for verification, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We want you to be thoroughly happy with your purchase, so you may exchange your purchase on an eligible returnable product with another, so long as the product is unopened and in the same condition that you received it, and it is within the 30 days allowed for exchanges. Please let us know if you are exchanging an equivalent item or if you wish you choose another item altogether.  A store credit will be issued so that you may choose something else you like.  If you are exchanging because of an issue on our end, such as a defective product or wrong product, then we will issue you credit to ship through USPS Priority.  If you are returning or exchanging outside of these conditions, then you will be responsible for the shipping.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 155 9th Ave NE, St. Petersburg, FL  33701.  If you have questions, please call 727-410-3572.  If we are not available, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product if it is defective.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so you may wish to use a shipping method that requires a signature for delivery verification.

Our vendors all provide the finest quality products using exceptional ingredients, insight, and artistic vision.

Our founder, Kimberly Franklin, left the crazy corporate world to follow her gifts in the arts and found that it literally “Set her heart free.” She wanted an online store that could reach anyone in the world. Kim operates The Boutique Butterfly from Florida as an online store.
