About The Green Chakra

The "Green Chakra" which is associated with the green light spectrum is also known as, "Anahata Chakra" in Sanscrit is and is also sometimes called the Heart Chakra because of its location right over the heart.  The Heart Chakra, naturally, relates to matters of the heart and is associated with deep emotions and relationships. Air is the element that is represented by the Heart Chakra, and it affects our sense of touch.  A weak Heart Chakra can create animosity in relationships sabotaging them with emotions such as anger, envy and distrust.  The glands that are affected and connected to this green Chakra are the Thymus and the Lymph Glands.
