We carry black chandelier earrings created by a variety of gemstones.  You’ll love the dark look of our black onyx earrings, black spinel earrings, and black pearl earrings!   Enjoy our spectacular black chandelier earrings in many forms including black drop earrings, black dangle earrings, black crystal earrings.  You can create your own earrings with black gemstones of onyx, black spinel, and black pearls with our Chandelier Custom Earrings.

BLACK ONYX

Birthstone for the month of July, onyx is commonly used to mean “black stones” in a general fashion.  But Onyx is one of the most popular types of agate, which in turn, is a type of chalcedony.  Specifically, Onyx is the type of agate that refers to that which has alternating layers of black and white, but can also include layers of red.  We have many types of black Onxy earrings in our collections, and we just know you will love them!

 BLACK SPINEL

Black Spinel is a spectacular type of spinel gemstone that comes in a rich black color and is usually found in Thailand.  Spinel also comes in many other colors such as red which resembles rubies.  Black spinel is often opaque, while gemstones like black sapphires and diamonds are typically translucent and metallic looking.  We use black spinel in our earrings to add dramatic dark contrast.

Black Pearls

Cultivated in French Polynesia near Tahiti, Black Pearls are spectacular and highly sought after due to their unique rich, dark color.  Black pearls are cultivated by the very specific Tahitian black-lipped oysters, from which they absorb their lovely color.
