ABOUT CHAKRAS
Chakras are from Eastern medicine and are spherical “vortexes” of energy that encompass seven unique points on our spine. Each of these seven chakras are associated with different glands, organs, and functions in the body associated with life energy or “chi” (Qi). When the chakras are radiating freely, the body is healthy and functions normally. When there is a disruption or blockage of one of the chakras, then the life energy to that chakra is also disrupted, and its associated organs and functions suffer, and disease ensues.
